For white wine, we are solely focused on the irresistible Sauvignon Blanc variety. As the co-parent of Cabernet Sauvignon, this wonderfully aromatic dry white wine grape is perfectly at home in the Happy Canyon of Santa Barbara AVA. We use stainless steel refrigerated tanks and once-used French oak barrels to target a clean, fresh wine with floral, spicy, tropical, citrus, and honey flavor notes, that’s rich in the mouth, and holds a nice long finish.
