Shipping Policy

Cimarone Wines ships wine and retail products either via UPS Ground, or via Golden State (GSO) shipping. We typically ship orders on Mondays, Tuesdays, or Wednesdays, and orders typically ship within three business days of order placement. A person age 21 years or older must present valid identification and sign for the packages containing wine. By placing your order, you represent to Cimarone Wines that you are at least 21 years old and that the person to whom delivery will be made is at least 21 years old. We highly recommend using a business address for wine shipments.

Currently, we only ship to customer addresses located in California, Colorado, and New York.

Return Policy

At Cimarone Wines, we are committed to delivering high-quality wines to you. In the unlikely event that a refund for wine is necessary, once we have received the wine back at our facility, we may issue a credit, less the cost of the shipping. We’ll work with you to make it right.

Incorrect addresses, redirected packages, and weather delays

As the customer, it is your responsibility to provide Cimarone Wines with accurate name and address information. Neither Cimarone Wines, nor its shipping agent(s) are responsible for lost or misdirected packages. We may assess a fee for address corrections made whilst a package is in transit and/or for the reshipping of returned packages.

Note: A person who is 21 years of age or older must be available to accept the delivery of your wine. The person will be required to show identification indicating that he/she is 21 years of age or older, and sign for the package. We highly recommend that shipments be delivered to a business address.

Poor Storage and Exposure to Intemperate Weather

Wine is sensitive to immoderate weather and storage conditions. Cimarone Wines is not responsible for the degradation of its wine when it has been exposed to hot or exceptionally cold weather or storage.

Returns and Exchanges of non-wine products

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your non-wine purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a refund or an exchange for another product. If you need to return something, please do the following: Indicate whether you want a refund, a replacement, or an exchange. If you are exchanging, let us know what item you would like in exchange for the returned item. Please pack and seal the item(s) securely. Packages must be returned prepaid; we will not accept COD deliveries. Cimarone Wines will refund shipping charges only if we have sent an incorrect item or the item is defective. If replaced, we will also pay shipping costs for items sent in exchange. Credit card refunds: All credits will be placed on the credit card used for the original purchase. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
