From our 27.5 acre CCOF organically certified vineyard we produce estate wines under two labels: Cimarone and 3CV.

Our Cimarone Wines represent the vineyard’s ultimate achievement, and the very best our winery has to offer. Small-lot fermentation, rigorous selection, new French oak barrels, and extended aging in our cool cellar together ensure collectible wines in a class by themselves.

The Cimarone label currently includes two wines crafted from our 2006 harvest: Le Clos Secret, which is a masterful blend of Bordeaux varietals, and a Sangiovese named Gran Premio. In Spring 2010 we will add an Estate Sauvignon Blanc to the Cimarone label, followed by an Estate Reserve Syrah in Fall 2010.

Our 3CV Wines are produced for earlier drinking and accessibility, and are ideal for restaurant sale by the glass. In Spring 2009 we introduced a fantastic value Estate Blend named 3CV BANK, priced at $24. In Fall 2009 we will return to our Syrah roots with 3CV EDGE, attractively priced at $20. We will complete our 3CV portfolio in Spring 2010 with the introduction of 3CV Viognier, a light, floral, fun and exciting wine.
